Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TreeLife 360, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TreeLife 360 is a multi-tenant Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for tree service businesses. Our service provides tools for lead management, estimates, scheduling, crew management, invoicing, and business analytics.

3. User Accounts and Company Registration

To use TreeLife 360, you must create a company account through our web application. Each account includes:

• Company accounts can only be created through our web application, not through mobile apps
• The account creator receives the 'owner' role with full administrative privileges
• You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current account information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

TreeLife 360 offers three subscription tiers, each with specific user limits and features:

• Solo Arborist ($200/month): Maximum 5 users, includes basic features for small operations
• Growing Team ($299/month): Maximum 10 users, includes advanced analytics and integrations
• Professional ($499/month): Maximum 15 users, includes full business intelligence and asset management

5. User Limit Enforcement

User limits are strictly enforced based on your subscription tier. You cannot add users beyond your plan's limit without upgrading. Attempting to exceed these limits will result in blocked user creation.

6. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

TreeLife 360 operates as a multi-tenant system where each company's data is completely isolated. You can only access data belonging to your company. Cross-tenant data access is prohibited and technically prevented.

7. Payment and Refunds

New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required at checkout, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly or annual plan begins automatically and renews at its stated billing interval. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

8. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

TreeLife 360 sends transactional SMS text messages on behalf of subscribing tree-service businesses to their customers and staff. By providing a mobile phone number during account creation, estimate request, or invoice setup, you agree to receive these service-related messages.

Messages may include:

• A confirmation to a customer after they accept an estimate through our customer-facing portal
• Payment reminders to customers when an invoice becomes due or overdue

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@treelife360.com.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Full details, including the carrier-required no-sharing clause, are in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TreeLife 360 is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
